Ready To Ship (RTS) Items

In general, the processing time for all Ready-To-Ship items is 1-3 business days. For certain made-to-order items, this can be extended to 5-7 days. See listings for details. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to arrive after you have received the shipping notification.

Pre-Order Items

The processing and shipping time for all pre-order items varies. Please carefully review the listing details on the specific pre-order item you are purchasing for the exact shipping timeline. Please allow 3-5 business days for your order to arrive after you have received the shipping notification.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Standard USPS First Class Shipping does not include package protection/security. Therefore, neither Pixie & Park or USPS is responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you would like insurance, you may choose an upgraded shipping method.

Once packages are dropped off with the shipping carrier, we are no longer responsible for lost or damaged packages. Any claims must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International shipping options will be displayed at checkout.

Order Status

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. In some instances, it can take up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
