Due to the nature of our products being custom and handmade, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

Should you receive the wrong item, or an item that is damaged or defective, please notify us by email within 3 days of receiving your package.

If an item becomes damaged during shipping, or once it has been in use, we are no longer responsible.
